ABOUT THE WOODLANDS FAMILY YMCA

The YMCA is Not a Place. They are A Purpose. You might know the YMCA as gym, but others in the community know them as much more. They are more than buildings and programs. They exist to bring real change to issues affecting our neighbors. A strong community can only achieved when they invest in our kids, our health and our neighbors. Building on their long history of supporting communities, as well as responding to critical needs, the Y is committed to addressing social isolation, food insecurity, health disparities, learning gaps, racial inequity, and more.

Areas of Focus: All of the Y's programs and community initiatives fall into one or more of the following focus areas: Healthier Families, Empowering Youth, and Inclusive Communities. Our core programs include Swimming, Sports, Community, Health & Fitness, Enrichment, Child Care and Camps. For more information on all the YMCA program offerings: https://ymcahouston.org/programs

This is our review and benchmark of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB GPU, so at least you'll have numbers if this situation ever becomes sane again. Right now though, we just don't see where you buy a card unless truly in need as the pricing situation is out of control across all tiers, used and new alike. We benchmarked the RTX 5060 Ti vs. the RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, the RTX 3070 Ti, 3080, RX 9070, RX 7600, and dozens more video cards to test the performance of something that will ultimately be leveraged by parasites.

Naive, 20 year old me used to think of charities, non-profit organizations as truly selfless acts.
But you probably know where this is going.

FIFA, a non-profit organization founded to develop and improve the beautiful sport of soccer, has $1,8B in cash reserves, paid its President about $3M a year. Its top executives went to jail a few years ago for laundering money, taking bribes.

This pastor used his non-profit to essentially become a millionaire, fly private jets.

These are just two of many stories we found on how easy these organizations lose their way.

It’s no coincidence that so many celebrities and millionaires have all established their foundations.

But even worse than just saving taxes, non-profits raise money. From people like you and me who sometimes want to help.

But few people know the truth of where that money ends, and how little it actually goes to that cause you are supporting.
