Financial markets have soared after US President Donald Trump announced a 90-day "pause" on the tariffs against countries who have not retaliated against the US.

The pause means a "universal 10%" tariff will be in place for all countries, other than China, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed.

The White House also said it was introducing a 125% tariff on China "effective immediately”.

The NASDAQ index went up 9% and the S&P 500 index rose 8% following the news.

Lyrics

Tu sais c’qu’on dit

pourquoi ton prénom me blesse,

You who I pray to
I desolate too
Consecrate you
I love and hate you
Hum a hymn to
Scylla I swim to
Watch a whirlpool spin
And jump into
You know you make me wanna run away
Kingdom come you make me want to stay
Magnify you, sanctify you
Glorify, you make me want to die too.

Ooh -
Aah -

Mais ma meilleure ennemie c’est toi
Fuis-moi, le pire c’est toi et moi, et moi
Mais ma meilleure ennemie c’est toi
Fuis-moi, le pire c’est toi et moi, et moi

Ooh -
Aah -

(Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais
Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais
Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais
Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais)

Ooh -
Aah -

(Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais
Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais
Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais
Je t’aime, je te hais, je t’aime, je te hais)

Song Lyrics:

'Cause you're a sky, 'cause you're a sky full of stars
I'm gonna give you my heart
'Cause you're a sky, 'cause you're a sky full of stars
'Cause you light up the path

[Chorus]
I don't care, go on and tear me apart
I don't care if you do, ooh-ooh, ooh
'Cause in a sky, 'cause in a sky full of stars
I think I saw you ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh

[Verse 2]
'Cause you're a sky, 'cause you're a sky full of stars
I wanna die in your arms, oh-oh-oh, oh-oh
'Cause you get lighter the more it gets dark
I'm gonna give you my heart, oh

[Chorus]
I don't care, go on and tear me apart
I don't care if you do, ooh-ooh, ooh
'Cause in a sky, 'cause in a sky full of stars
I think I see you ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh
I think I see you ooh-ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh-ooh

[Outro]
'Cause you're a sky, you're a sky full of stars
Such a heavenly view
You're such a heavenly view
(Yeah, yeah, yeah, ooh)
