I like to PvP, and PvE on ARK Ascended. Usually beating maps under an ARK challenge. Unlocking the ending cinematics is easy with no cheats needed anymore, and usually on a server, official or unofficial, I'm not fussed. Single Player is great though, certainly with a guide for any platform be it xbox, ps4, ps5, pc, it's great. Sometimes play some wild mods, and usually post patch/update. But a survival game needs some community news and that's what I do, giving you the latest on events, maps, maybe even premium mods and official usually covering all maps from Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration to Extinction, Gen 1 & Genesis Part 2. And one day. ARK 2!

Official Video for “Man In the Mirror” by Michael Jackson
Listen to Michael Jackson: https://MichaelJackson.lnk.to/_listenYD

“Man In The Mirror” is the third of nine short films for the “Bad” album. In keeping with the lyrical message of the song, which is strongly identified with Michael Jackson and reflective of his own philosophies, the short film tells a story through powerful images of oppression, homelessness, hunger, police brutality and other ills of the world as well as events and leaders of the 20th century whose work embodies the song’s message to “make that change.” Michael is only featured briefly in a crowd shot toward the end of the film. Rolling Stone praised the short film in 2014 as “a powerful statement to deliver to personality-driven MTV” and included it on the list of Michael’s 20 greatest short films. “Man In The Mirror” is the fourth of five consecutive No.1 singles from the album making Michael the first artist to achieve this milestone.

Chorus:
I'm starting with the man in the mirror
I'm asking him to change his ways
And no message could have been any clearer
If you want to make the world a better place
(If you want to make the world a better place)
Take a look at yourself, and then make a change
(Take a look at yourself, and then make a change)
(Na na na, na na na, na na, na nah)

How do you start a nonprofit organization? How do you manage a nonprofit organization? Starting a nonprofit sounds like a simple task but there are many steps to get there. Starting a nonprofit is so much more than filling out paperwork, it’s about having a game plan to be a strong organization from the start. This video is reference to 501c3 nonprofit organizations, so follow these steps when starting a 501c3 nonprofit.

So, get your notebook out and get ready to take notes! In this video, learn how to start up a nonprofit organization from A to Z. In this video, I will walk through how to form a nonprofit. Using my free startup nonprofit checklist as a guide (you can download that here: https://bossonabudget.lpages.co/np-checklist/

I am walking through every phase you should go through when you're starting up. If you need help doing these steps, try my nonprofit workbook which helps you keep track as you get started: https://rebrand.ly/npstartupworkbook

As I walk through this process, learn the biggest mistakes people make when starting their nonprofits.

IDEA PHASE starts at 3:01 - First we start with defining your idea. Make sure you have a fleshed out idea, and that you select a strong Board. It's also key to have a strategic plan in place along with a budget and fundraising plan.

EXECUTION PHASE starts at 12:32 - Next is the Execution phase - which means identifying the paperwork to establish and incorporate your organization.

FEDERAL AND STATE FORMS starts at 18:57 - You also need to figure out the forms that you need to get your tax-exempt status from the IRS. Learn the two forms and who’s eligible for each one. This is the process for filing for 501c3 status.

FUNDRAISING starts at 22:45 - The next phase is fundraising and the disclosures you should have in place. I also talk through the insurances you need as an organization.

INSURANCE starts at 25:55 - This involves making sure you have the right protections in place to protect your board, staff, and volunteers.

BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS starts at 26:48 - Next is thinking through your branding and communications and making sure you have a brand persona.

EVALUATION AND PERFORMANCE starts at 28:37 - This is about the ability you have to show your organization's impact and positive outcomes.

STAFFING AND HIRING starts at 32:02 - This section is about staffing requirements to think through what you should have in place to be prepared for staffing and hiring so you can be ready to hire when it’s time.
