Step into the world of classic British automotive excellence with this week's episode of Jay Leno's Garage: Assess and Caress! Join Jay Leno and appraiser extraordinaire Donald Osborne as they showcase three iconic British cars that define elegance, performance, and history. Alum Rock,

located in Birmingham, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its rich cultural diversity, with a significant East Asian and South Asian population. However, beyond the bustling streets lined with colorful shops and eateries, Alum Rock faces its share of challenges. The area grapples with socio-economic issues, including high unemployment rates, overcrowded housing, and limited access to resources. Despite the community’s resilience and tight-knit spirit, the less glamorous side of Alum Rock often includes concerns about poverty, crime, and underfunded public services. It’s a place of contrasts, where tradition meets the struggles of modern urban life.

This is our review and benchmark of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 16GB GPU, so at least you'll have numbers if this situation ever becomes sane again. Right now though, we just don't see where you buy a card unless truly in need as the pricing situation is out of control across all tiers, used and new alike. We benchmarked the RTX 5060 Ti vs. the RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, the RTX 3070 Ti, 3080, RX 9070, RX 7600, and dozens more video cards to test the performance of something that will ultimately be leveraged by parasites.

#startups #slidebean #nonprofits

Naive, 20 year old me used to think of charities, non-profit organizations as truly selfless acts.
But you probably know where this is going.

FIFA, a non-profit organization founded to develop and improve the beautiful sport of soccer, has $1,8B in cash reserves, paid its President about $3M a year. Its top executives went to jail a few years ago for laundering money, taking bribes.

This pastor used his non-profit to essentially become a millionaire, fly private jets.

These are just two of many stories we found on how easy these organizations lose their way.

It’s no coincidence that so many celebrities and millionaires have all established their foundations.

But even worse than just saving taxes, non-profits raise money. From people like you and me who sometimes want to help.
