Toyota Avalon STUMPS Shop...Low Power? Misfire? High Idle? LOTS OF CODES! (1MZ-FE V6)

This 2001 Toyota Avalon V6 is one of the most BULLETPROOF cars ever made in the world.
Should be able to go HALF MILLION MILES with just some basic maintenance.

But this one is running ROUGH at only 87k miles on the clock!
Shop says it "idles too high" so they replaced the Idle Air Control Valve...hmmm.

LOTS OF CODES are stored...Misfires, VVT Fault, O2 Sensor, Knock Sensor... you name it!

Can we sort through these variables by using LOGIC and SCAN DATA without getting too dirty?
Can we make it run BETTER without going to the Parts Store?
