9800x3d vs 9950x3d Which to buy?

I have been playing around with my new 9950X3D. Overall I am very happy with the purchase we are going to look at the performance vs the 9800X3D. On both cpus I have pbo on and the ram tuned. All games tested were ran at 1080p high settings.
