From the early days of Windows 95 and DirectX to the Xbox Series X era, Microsoft’s grip on gaming has been full of controversial decisions. Microsoft has a vast history in tech and gaming, and Bill Gates' alone has conquered more than you think with this company... but not always for the better.

This video dives into their biggest failures, including Games for Windows Live, the Windows 8 disaster, Windows 10 issues, the Windows 11 TPM security controversy, and their walled-garden approach that limits competition with Office 365 and UWP apps via the Windows store. Also, they seem to hate modders... especially FREE mods.

I'll also explore the Xbox One’s disastrous launch, the original Xbox’s struggles, Xbox constantly shutting down studios like Arkane, the monopolistic Activision Blizzard merger, and how Phil Spencer has shaped Xbox’s overall direction to be a cloud gaming platform via xcloud and game pass.

With rumors of Xbox integrating Steam, is Microsoft tightening its monopoly even further, or folding completely? In this video, I break down how Bill Gates’ vision for Microsoft may have led to its biggest mistakes, and ended up ruining gaming forever.

talking parrot, Cruiser is an Indian Ringneck Parrot, he was hatched in August 2012, We pulled him in from the nest at the age of 2 weeks, for hand-raising, his parents were in my aviary and my daughter wanted a bird to interact with. Youtube has been fantastic in teaching Cruiser how to talk, These birds don't learn by direct talking, rather they copy and mimic what sounds they hear in their environment, So if you swear at someone in the same room chances are the bird will pick up that swear word. Thankfully Cruiser does not swear. Cruiser has a half-sibling called Charlie who also has a large vocal capacity. Charlie says more than Cruiser but he is a bit shy to talk to the iPad. Then there is Marty McFly, named for the character from Back to the Future cos he was hatched in October 2015. all these birds have learned to talk from hearing Cruiser. We have a couple more IRN who can also talk, and again it is only due to Cruiser talking that they mimic him. Stay tuned on this channel for upcoming videos of Cruiser's siblings, New addition s Cruiser is green, Charlie is Green, Marty is a grey SL Edged, Maui is a Blue SL Edged and the newest addition to our flock is Zeus who is a Violet Cleartail. both Maui and Zeus are only 3 months old so videoing these babies as they learn to also talk. I find this question difficult to answer at times because every bird is different. This video is not to discourage you from getting a ringneck parrot but rather to show you the reality that comes with owning one.
