With the upcoming release of Portal RTX and the recommended specs being revealed, I decided to voice my concern about current GPU Pricing and how its getting out of hand.

The NVIDIA Game Ready Driver 572.83 aimed to deliver an optimized gaming experience, primarily by:

Adding support for the new GeForce RTX 5070 Ti GPU.
Enhancing performance in games using DLSS 4 technology, like the Half-Life 2 RTX Demo and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.
Providing further support for DLSS in titles such as Assassin's Creed Shadows, The Last of Us Part II Remastered, and Control.
Supporting inZOI, which integrates NVIDIA ACE technology.
Including support for 61 new and updated NVIDIA app DLSS overrides.
Adding support for RTX 5090, 5080, and 5070 Ti notebooks.
Fixing a bug where RTX 5080/5090 cards wouldn't run at full speed after a reboot when overclocked.
However, the driver failed to address numerous issues, and users continue to experience problems:

Display Settings:
Changing the "Display GPU Activity Icon" setting requires a PC reboot.
The "GPU" scaling option is missing in the NVIDIA Control Panel for DSC monitors (RTX 50 series).
Game-Specific Issues:
Forza Horizon 5 lights flicker at night.
Red Dead Redemption 2 crashes in DX12 mode (RTX 50 series).
Starfield displays dithering/banding artifacts (RTX 50 series).
Display and VR Issues:
Black screens when selecting DLDSR resolutions (RTX 50 series).
Varjo Aero VR headset connection failures (RTX 50 series).
HDR and G-Sync flickering or black screens.
VSync problems.
General Stability:
Black screens and crashes during driver installation (RTX 50 and 40 series).
Black screens and crashes during gameplay, especially with DLSS Frame Generation (RTX 50 series).
Alt-tabbing freezes in borderless fullscreen games.
Shadowplay crashes and corrupted videos.
"Smooth motion" and NVIDIA app setting resets.
High CPU usage by the "system" process.
Potential issues with idle power consumption and voltage.
G-Sync not enabling.
